Last Friday night my little cousin asked me If I could drive her and her friend to the mall then to see a movie. So I took them and spent most of my time at Barnes & Noble reading Blankets for the first time. I’ve never read a graphic novel before. The art was really interesting to look at and It was really fun and easy to read. Within an hour I was already 1/3 into it so I’m kinda glad I didn’t buy It just yet. I’ll go back tomorrow to finish It and just buy It some time In the near future. Just to have It around for the art. Really good though. Some of the darker parts left me feeling really nervous.

Check out Blue Pills if you get the chance. I felt uncomfortable and sad the entire time I was reading it. There’s a lot going on with this medium that hasn’t really been tapped into yet, and I’m excited to see where it goes.
